This is an gentle introduction to start promoting your business using Social Media Marketing, literally one click at a time! A series of telephone (or Skype) calls and email support will let you learn and implement at your own pace.

This doesn’t mean you can hand over everything to me! The whole point of social media is that your prospective clients get to know you! But, in the early days, the technical bits can sometimes get in the way of progress. For example, you might want help formatting your first newsletter, or setting up part of your online profiles. Why Should You Listen to me?
I don’t have a technical background and I certainly didn’t set out to do Social Media Mentoring! However I became fascinated by the possibilities of the internet as I watched it evolve, especially over the past few years, and have made good use of what I learned about it in my own business. What eventually decided me to offer this service was my frustration at the growing amount of rubbish advice being given by some of the so-called social media marketing specialists.
I began blogging back in 2007 (you can still see my early attempts here!), I started using LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook seriously for my own business in 2008 and built my last three websites myself (two of them on blogging platforms Typepad and WordPress (this one!)). I also have a YouTube Channel and Google+ Personal Profile & Business Page.
